Website Email Notifications

It is important that all Team Administration Emails are kept up to date.
This can be done when logged in as the team admin by utilising the 'Update Your Details' link.
It is a teams responsibility to ensure these emails are correctly updated as all inter league communications are carried out this way and the league will not be responsible should important information not reach it's intended team admin email destination.
If any team has not received their Team Administration username and password please contact the website.
There must be a unique email address for each team admin.
  • If you have a spam filter, please check before reporting that you are not receiving admin emails.
 

Team usernames

Teams will be issued their usernames and passwords directly from the league to their registered email addresses. These usernames will give access to all team administration links such as player registrations, coach registrations, invoices and reports etc..
Website Membership Registration will be opened once all team administrators have been assigned.
 

U12s Fair Play Award

It is envisage that in this age group a Fair Play Award may be awarded by team Coaches refereeing the game to a player from their opponents team.
A monthly award to be given to the player who has obtained the highest number or FPAs in a Month.

This is dependent on the participating coaches agreeing prior to commencement of the program.

Club Events

Clubs are invited to forward any details of upcoming events that may interest other members of the league.

The league will publish such events here on the website.

 

Match day Apparel

Only Team, Club or neutral colours should be worn to and from matches. Other team branded sporting apparel is not acceptable under any circumstances.
 

Players Verification

All new players must have their DOBs verified at a subsequent managers meeting or by a league registrations committee member. Failure to do so or if DOBs are wrongly submitted and subsequently issued cards are used could mean forfeiture of points in any game the player has played. Any player who appears older than the age group he is playing in will be asked to produce photographic ID to confirm their details.
 

Pitch Bookings

For teams in a 11 aside league, whenever a match takes place at a Castlereagh Council pitch, the home designated team will require a pitch booking slip otherwise no match will be allowed to take place. Presently Castlereagh pitches are Billy Neill and Henry Jones.
If a pitch booking slip has not been issued for your match ask for one and it will be emailed to your team admin.
 

Invoices

All invoices must be cleared by a managers meeting (or 1st Friday in a Month) for the previous Month. Failure to do so will mean cancellation of Matches until payment is received.
 

Club or Team websites

Club or team websites, including registered team web addresses and email such as BloggsUnited. info and contact@bloggsunited. info can be set up for a small fee. This will include hosting of the website, assistance in publishing and upkeep of the site.
